| Nichola McKay BA (Hons), MSc, MInstLM |

| Nichola is a professional Organisational Development (OD) practitioner with an MSc in People and Organisational Development. She has twenty years experience of working at a strategic level both in OD Consultancy and learning and development roles and has designed and delivered a number of successful leadership and strategic change projects. Her experience includes senior consultancy and management roles in both Unitary and County Councils and she has a wide range of skills in the field of people management, development and learning. |

| Nichola is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has carried out the role of Learning and Development lead on the Hereford & Worcester branch team since June 2008. She is also a member of the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) and maintains her up to date knowledge on the national agenda for local government through membership of the Society of Local Authority Chief Executives. |
