Nichola McKay BA (Hons) MSc MInstLM
Nichola is a fully qualified coach and mentor with a Diploma in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring (Level 7), awarded by the Institute of Leadership & management. She is a highly experienced people development professional and holds an MSc in People and Organisational Development. With ten years coaching experience, working with leaders and managers at all levels, her clients regard her as resourceful and inspiring in her style and approach. She has a reputation for helping clients to discover and believe in their strengths though careful listening, helpful challenges and taking an objective view.
